Brandi: I fairly recently started making and decorating cakes with fondant and I absolutely love it! I started taking classes after I had my little Jack, had settled into Motherhood and needed some time for myself and wanted to try something NEW (say it was about September/October of last year). Anyway, I had started watching "Charm City Cakes" and thought to myself..."I would love to do that - I can do that!" and shortly after my first class I realized that I had quite a talent for it and tada here we are today. Not many cakes to post yet...but I will post them as I create them! enjoy!
